We don't add green marketing to products made conventionally. We start with the material and work forward.

Recycled Plastic

Our plastic enclosures are injection-moulded from post-consumer plastic waste by Upcycled by Fuze Ecoteer — a Malaysian social enterprise that has processed tonnes of plastic from Malaysian rivers and coastlines since 2020.

Products with this material carry the ECO HERO badge.

Reclaimed Timber

Our wood products use workshop offcuts, reclaimed teak, merbau, meranti, balau, chengal and sustainable bamboo. No new trees are felled for our products. Natural grain variation is a feature, not a flaw — every reclaimed wood piece is unique.

Used in: Wood Series chargers, desk organisers, accessories.

Salvaged Batteries

Battery cells in our powerbanks and speakers come from discarded vape devices and decommissioned laptop packs. Each cell is individually capacity-tested and cell-matched before use. An Accelligence BMS circuit protects every pack.

LiFePO4 cells carry the Accelligence Clean Chemistry badge.

Battery Replacement Programme

Every NERDIE TECH. product with a battery is designed so that battery can be replaced when capacity falls below peak performance levels. Bring it to any Mister Nerdie service point. You don't replace the product. You renew it.

Manufacturing Partnership

Upcycled by Fuze Ecoteer

Nerdie Technologies is physically located above the Upcycled by Fuze Ecoteer premises. We don't just buy recycled material. We manufacture on-site, using their injection moulding equipment, from the same plastic waste streams they process. Co-branded products carry the identity 'Upcycled by Fuze Ecoteer × NERDIE TECH.'

Accelligence Clean Chemistry

LiFePO4 — the responsible battery chemistry

Accelligence LiFePO4 products carry a Clean Chemistry badge — a specific, verifiable claim. LiFePO4 lasts 3,000+ charge cycles versus ~500 for standard LiPo. It contains no cobalt and has a safer thermal profile. This badge is not applied to LiPo products. We don't use sustainability language loosely.
